Welcome to Playa De Los Locos

Playa De Los Locos, nestled in the vibrant coastal town of Alicante, Spain, stands out as a tranquil yet lively beach destination. With a solid rating of 4.1, it perfectly balances natural beauty and convenience, making it a favored spot among visitors seeking an authentic Mediterranean experience.

The beach spans a long stretch of white sand, offering visitors a peaceful retreat away from crowded tourist hubs. Its grainy sand texture is a welcome feature, as it rarely clings to skin or belongings, enhancing comfort throughout the day. While some areas feature a rocky seabed accompanied by patches of seaweed, the northern end remains ideal for swimming and snorkeling, boasting clear waters rich with marine life. This diversity in the underwater environment invites exploration and discovery, enriching the overall beach experience.

Multiple restaurants and bars, including an inviting Irish football pub and the well-loved Muph’s bar, provide local flavors and friendly atmospheres. Affordable beach essentials can be conveniently picked up at nearby shops like Domti, ensuring visitors have everything they need for a seamless day by the sea. Free Wi-Fi and parking add to the ease of access, especially for families and travelers seeking hassle-free relaxation without the distractions of large fitness centers or overcrowded pools.

Quiet beach. Look up for Rocky bottom. Possible to find sand some areas. Clean sand. A beach bar in end, hammocks&umbrellas in other end. Right behind beach, severeal restaurants AMD sn irish football pub. Charming beach.

Nice beach. Doesn't get too overcrowded. Sand is quite grainy which means it doesn't stick to you so much or get into your belongings. Sea is pretty rocky and full of seaweed in places but lots of fish to be found. Keep to the northern end to avoid the rocks.

Los Locos is a destination. A beach, and small strip in Torrevieja. The beach is excellent for swimming. White sands. And the restaurants are very good.

Lovely long beach with lots of shops and places to eat and drink. Muphs bar is a great place to eat (chicken curry, rice and chips) and Domti is the best and cheapest place to buy anything for the beach you might have forgotten and 95% is only €1 or €2 so well worth a randon visit anyway.
